“ The soup selection at Gössnitzer is fantastic. And they're not just exceptionally good, they're served in generous portions. The size of the liver dumpling, for example, is astonishing! The salad bar offers a good selection, and the salads are delicious. The same goes for the main courses, such as the fried chicken salad and the schnitzel. Unfortunately, I didn't like the Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) because they were too creamy. Everything else, however, was very good. The service was also very friendly and attentive. We did have to wait a little longer for our food because we walked in right into a strudel. But this was immediately compensated with a free round of drinks – something many other places don't do! ”

“ Good traditional food, but there's no English translation of the ingredients or the name of the dish, which is helpful for foreigners with allergies. The service was a bit slow, and we weren't sure if it was closing time and they were doing us a favor or if we were just being a nuisance. We would have had dessert, but the waitress disappeared. Too bad. €5.50 for a 0.75-liter bottle of water seems a bit high, considering the abundance of water in Austria. ”
